Thanks. I’ll tell you what, that “Wipe New” (as seen on TV) black plastic refinisher actually works really, really well. It’s been on for over a year now and still jet black.

Looks awesome, we use the armor all branded stuff (Outlast) and same result. The black plastic was borderline then we tried the Outlast and the darn stuff looks brand new and still does to this day.


As far as what I did to the X5, I boosted the refrigerant up to 30 psi from 25 since its 90+ degrees out.

Not one that likes chrome, I blacked out the front kidneys.

While doing so, I took the time to black out the gray fender mesh. Looks much better.

Looks great, I did the same to mine.
The OE color did not go with anything.
