looks like a good mix of E53 & E70. Not a fan of that black under the kidneys though.

There are vents of some kind. Not sure if they will be black or body colored, its still pre-porduction, so anything colorwise can change. Look below at the closeup pic of grill.

I'm trusting in BMW to not let us down with the new 2014 X5. LED or Laser headlights would be really nice, but please don't tempt us with pictures and then produce/sell something different here in the states in the beginning.

Also, from some of the early pics, I don't like the looong shape as it reminds me too much of the MB line.

the front bulk reminds me of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. At the same time it matches the rest of the new BMW models other than the height difference.
