what files are on the keycd if you browse it after burning? I only see a desktop.ini file. Here's what I did:

Download and install clonecd
launch it and chose to burn a data cd
browse to the folder containg the image.ccd file (chosen by default from the three files)
burn the cd at 1X
Get a successful messgae that the cd was burned.

Let me know if this is what you did. I would think that the file that is 6.5mb would be copied to the cd, not just the .ini file.

Thanks,
Joe

After burning the keyCD is not readable by windows. It sounds like you burned it correctly.

ahhh. I see. I hope this is true because I may be SOL if I don't have a keycd when I'm prompted to insert one. Correct?

Range Rover MKIII software update

My navigation display is blank but the CD and radio still works. I'd like to update the MKIII software to see if it will fix my problem but can't find it on the net. Does anyone have a copy they could send to me.
Thanks.

Hi guys, hope somebody can help.

I've downloaded V32, but can't get it to install on my BMW.

When I put the CD in (having burned using Toast/Mac on 2 separate Macs, and 2 separate downloads), I get the error message:

"Incorrect CD/DVD in navigation computer. Please insert appropriate CD/DVD.".

Currently running on software 4-1/91 - if I pop the map DVD (2007-1 IIRC) back in it reads it fine and displays the map OK.

Any ideas?

Hello

I have a 2002 BMW 530d and i have problems reading copies. I tried with different dvd brands and nothos ( Maps 2008-1 High ) So i thoght the problem should be the software.

The version is SW 4-1/91, how can i update this? Simply burn this V32 verion or i have to do anything else?

Thkz

OK, problem solved - thought I would post my own response to say it was down to how I was using Toast

For future reference, *don't* open the ISO and then burn the contents, you need to use the 'burn image from ISO' option and then it works correctly. I'll get my coat........
