Nomad:

Go figure your PM inbox is full...

anyway....
Any chance i could get you to tell me what the patch actually does?

I Mean specifics?

I'm wondering about adding multiple types of POI's with different sounds (alerts) for each...

The patch, does several things.

1: enables the alert
2: sets the the alert position in the voice file (#8)
3: sets the alert db to military bases
4: clears the last set POI (if ones been set)
5: sets the auto load feature for the military bases (and therefore the alerts)
6: sets the alert time duration to target to 15scs
7: sets the bubble around the car (the target area)

Not sure you would need to ask nomad.

It would be handy for multiple speed related alerts.

Hello,

first I would like to say that Poison is a great tool But now I have problem with it:

It's not running with Windows 7 and the new 2010 DVD MAP on my pc I extracted both files and I am starting Poison. This works fine, but after I selected the map folder, Poison freezes and I get message on the screen, that Poison is not working?

Has anybody an advice for me? Last year it worked fine for me, so I don't know what to do now....

I had the same problem, so i rolled back to an earlier version of the GTK drivers.

Latest version 2.16 DOES NOT WORK
gtk2-runtime-2.16.6-2009-12-01-ash

2.14 DOES WORK
gtk2-runtime-2.14.7-2009-01-13-ash

Change the decimal point to "." and not ","
