Mine's in some FedEx center in Valencia, CA.
But from what I used tonight @ the apple store: Very nice and fluid design, but nothing really new. Just small changes, in my view. The real changes are under the hood. Time Machine should be great. The new finder and the coverflow everything is ok I guess, but I don't really know how effective it will be. What I really love is the new iChat. I got to play around with it in the store, and it is sweet!! I'll probably install it the day it comes if no huge issues come up between now and then.

Extremely easy to install. Running well except my $%^$& bluetooth mouse is still not connected. Make sure you have a USB mouse handy before starting.
Subtle interface changes look very nice. Seems to run a bit quicker. Haven't seen much else yet. I'm sure home users will upgrade quickly. How about business users? Will they wait and see like Vista?
