quick q......quick look icon is not in finder....nor does it quick look my appleworks documents....any ideas?

Finder >View > Customize Toolbar > Drag eyeball icon to your finder toolbar

You are most welcome. BTW, if you prefer a 2-D dock over the new 3-D dock, try this new widget called DockDoctor. It works perfectly and as advertised. I really like the look of the 2-D dock. Open programs are easier to spot as well .

I actually like the 3d....i think its kinda cool....but thanks tho!

edit: downloaded it just to see what its like....much easier to see programs running! interesting.
