What noise is comming from your steering wheel?? My 05 steering wheel has a clicking/clunking noise when it is turned lightly side to side. Are we talking about the same noise?

I get 18 MPG on my 05 4.4 and I have the AFE intake. I drive a lot of city and go pretty hard on the gas.

hmm, can you tell us more about what exactly they re-torqued?? The only screw that comes to my mind under the windshield is the plastic one where the cabin filter is. But those you cannot re-torque....
