You going to get the rest of the aero kit? Looks a little weird the way the body plastics end at the bumpers. Those fenders are interesting as well, can't say I've seen an e53 with those on before.

Those are Range Rover Super Charged Brembo calipers on the front of the X. He also used 380mm Range Rover front rotors to make the brake kit. I plan on making this transformation over the thanksgiving Christmas break. Its an awesome low budget (In comparison to brembo brake kit for E53) upgrade.

Yes I promise to provide a full story with write-up once I get all of my components assembled for the mod.

Thanks are are looking forward to it. By the way did you have the rims powder-coated with the gunmetal when refinishing?

I actually used duplicolor graphite metallic grey, I wanted a glimpse at what it would look like before powdercoating. It's held up very nice without any issues thus far.

There is place behind Classic BMW that does powdercoating. Last time I spoke with him the cost was $125 per wheel with one day turnaround. I decided to use Plasti Dip since I wasn't sure I would like the wheels in any color than original. That was 3 years ago and they still look good. I have done some minor repairs but am amazed how well they have held up.

One came off when I was power washing the wheels, so I have a new set on order.
