Right now I can see MPG, Miles to go untill empty tank, temperature...etc on my instrument cluster - will this dissapear after I remove my OEM Navi unit and replace it with Dynavin?

I would assume it will not affect the instrument cluster info... can someone verify this?

this thing would deface the interior look of my X5... I'll also pass on putting a cheap made in china set in my truck

I dont know...to me it looks almost like OEM Unit. The question is what will be the quality/sound, etc but we will find out soon

Check this link to M5 board - look at the picture from FLYBOT (user) I think it looks good

Is it a dynavin ? - The Unofficial BMW M5 Messageboard (m5board.com)

im interested too, it would be cool if someone actually has a working version already

I agree, I have wanted to see something like this since I bought the truck. It isnt perfect, but if it works it doesn't look that much different. Maybe not as much polish, but would be a step up from the business CD that I currently have.

Excuse my lack of knowledge please, but given above post does that mean a e39 dynavin unit would fit into an e53?
