How do you do pull it out without removing the bumper?

Pull the screws and slide the headlight forward as far as it goes until it hits the headlight washer nozzles. The I have the room I need to get to the 4 torx screws holding the cover on. The lower outer is the hardest but with the headlights forward, I come in through the gap where on the fender.

Ah ok I think I get it now. You're unbolting the light from the carrier, then you can somewhat slide it forward.

Saturday, noon, Branchburg, NJ Moe's Southwest Grill. Would be great to meet you. Others are also trekking in from NYC. There's a thread here called NJ/NY/PA meet.

Correct. It is still a little sketchy getting that lower outer. Takes a calm hand, no coffee before attempting to get that one started.

Got around to installing the headlight today. Unfortunately I broke the driver's side clip when removing the bumper. Last time I broke the passenger's side so I replaced that one this time. While I had the bumper off I took the time to replace all the bulbs in each headlight. Very happy with the results, and no more burnt front lens!

Don't know. There wasn't one there when I bought it and I don't see any dangling wires anywhere?

mr_robot 01-26-2019 10:21 AM

N62 does not have an AC fan.

It just has an electric radiator fan.
