I pull mine out all the way to the headlight washers. Then I can get to the lower outer through the gap of the fender where the turn signal lives. :thumbup:

How do you do pull it out without removing the bumper?

Pull the screws and slide the headlight forward as far as it goes until it hits the headlight washer nozzles. The I have the room I need to get to the 4 torx screws holding the cover on. The lower outer is the hardest but with the headlights forward, I come in through the gap where on the fender.

Correct. It is still a little sketchy getting that lower outer. Takes a calm hand, no coffee before attempting to get that one started.

Don't know. There wasn't one there when I bought it and I don't see any dangling wires anywhere?

N62 does not have an AC fan.

It just has an electric radiator fan.
