Looks great Wayne, I looked for the scrubbing bubbles here some months ago, found it on Amazon Australia, but at 60 odd dollars a litre I bought a litre of Jack Daniels instead! Seems your substitute did the job.

So how was the JD at removing built-up dust'n'dirt under the hood... ;)

I wish I had oil eater, it saved my hide when I used it to pull ALL the old oil spots off the driveway under the gaze of an angry woman.

:dunno: I didn't notice anything and I still had half a bottle left!

Looks really clean Wayne. Hit it again with Aerospace 303. I literally spray mine down with it and then spend a half hour with a rag wiping it all down.

What do you use the 303 on?

That was the set I had on my E39. for the X5 i am looking at getting 20 in rims.

9.5x20 et? 275/40/20

10.5x20 et? 315/35/20 basically stock oe size.
or
9.5x20 et? 285/40/20
11x20 et? 325/35/20 the bad thing about this on is that there is only one manufacture for the rears Pirelly P zeros.

I run a 315/35z/20 Habiladad on the rear and 275/40z/20 Hankook on the front and on the skillet hot roads here they stick like glue, but any water or spilt crude oil (happens a lot) they suck.

Although to be honest I think that running skinny tires on an X is like a fat girl wearing flip-flops.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...bec6a45903.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...fc0f638f2d.jpg

WoW.

Sure just keep rubbing salt on my wound[emoji38]

Does 303 leave a film like armour all? Does it attract dust? I mean over here I've seen dust bunnies killed by sand dunes under the sofa.

Exactly opposite. That's what makes Aerospace 303 so good. Dries to a matte non-oily finish. You can rub your hands on it with no marks or smudges. As with any cleaning it does not last, I usually do mine twice a year. I will use Scrubbing Bubbles and Aerospace 303 in the spring and then a second application of Aerospace 303 in the fall.
