I've been using only Mobil 1 in my cars since I've owned cars. Apparently they changed formula and lost BMW approval not too long ago so I started buying Castrol but with that head to head from project farm I think I'd be very likely to use either depending on sale price at the time.

And with that extra zinc some prophylaxis to help keep my BMWЯ safe from cv19

FCP had a bit of a deal when I bought them for my Z4 a few years ago, and the lifetime war actually applies.

Although the nice thing about BC stuff is they have normal/standard valve parts so if they need a rebuild just about anyone can do it.

BTW not sure about the X5 valving but the Z4 was near perfect set right in the middle of the range

Is this when you're lucky that's all that happened or unlucky that it happened? [emoji848]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...093fd835c9.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...17874840cc.jpg

Better there than your windshield.

Installed poly bushings on my lower front control arms. I have them in the thrust arms. Just put a set in the rear guide links. Will be putting them in the rear wishbone and replacing the swing arm bushings. Lifetime warranty.

Yep. I realized I have a bad front sensor (ordered from fcp along with the coilovers) and it is what was causing some of my previous headaches. But the real decision maker was jopecasa's broken axle ordeal. The system is really nice when it functions, but the second it goes bad, the car is undrivable. Or worse, it destroys other parts. Wife said she was tired of me tinkering with the SLS. LoL, decision made.

FCP. $995 with lifetime warranty was irresistible. They only have the 12k rear kit though and not the softer 8k kit. Hopefully the 12k spring rate won't be bouncy. Fortunately bc racing na sells the springs individually so can change later if I feel the need.

True but when the sun is just right (10 min per day), my glass is sandblasted enough to look like it just started misting so I would love to get a new one....[emoji857]

I'm quite content with half air half spring. The weight of my truck chainges faster than the Dow Jones I couldn't use springs.

That's my favorite part of air setup. But now I have an E61 wagon for that. :D

Holds more stuff anyway.
