I once spent about 3 days in Bahrain and was ready to leave after a couple of hours. And that was in February (many years ago). So I can only imagine ...

It's brutal. Kuwait has had the hottest recorded temp on earth in the past. I think more than once.
It's ridiculous out here. I was in Bahrain way back in 06, and I don't recall it being as hot as Kuwait. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

FUNNY STORY
i got a mail from bmw that i have a recall for my takana airbag took it to dealer
mentioned to them that i need new hood latch cable i have the part i bought from my brother in law who works for Nortside imports which dealers buy there parts from for 20 bucks for the cable inner and outer cable. Guess what the quoted me to fix it .....1200 dollars 7.5 hour job it will take a professional 20 mins maybe 40 mins to replace if he smokes a ciggerette in between. WTF really 1200 for a hood latch cable... |

There's a thread on here about the airbag recall, and I am convinced the geniuses at BMW corporate have turned this Takata recall into a money making scheme. My statistical analysis so far from that thread, shows a 0% chance of getting an airbag replaced, and 100% chance of getting a $1200+ estimate for something else. Seriously. Check it out: https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...ag-recall.html So yeah, it's clearly a 30 minute job, even with a few smoke breaks. But the $1200 is mandatory per the recall protocol. You DO get free coffee with that though, which should take some of the sting off.
