Thanks, LeMans---good stuff.
"The M Sports package also includes special tailpipes for the exhaust system." So, does this mean the M Sport Pack on the 35i will have the larger tailpipes that are on the 50i ? |

Thanks LeMans
1. Overall looks pretty good, though somewhat 'softer' overall, kind of like a baby X5 M. 2. For the most part I think it actually looks BETTER than the E70 facelift! 3. It's a HUGE improvement from the previous E70 M Sport Pack, which I thought looked terrible. 4. I hate the color in the photos, what is that Marshmallow Metallic? 5. In Carbon Black Metallic it will be a killer. 6. It states that Carbon Black Metallic is exclusive to the M Sport Pack, does that mean there is no chance in hell to order that color separately now? 7. Still not loving the wheels, though they are okay. For some reason I still think the 214's look the best on the E70. 8. Interesting that they have front wheel fender arches (flares) on a US version (unlike the US spec E53 4.8is) 9. The running boards are horrible, though will probably look better in a dark color. They belong on a Escalade. 10. M steering wheel, does that mean no heater? Last edited by X5 Meister; 02-25-2010 at 03:35 PM. |

I wonder what is the actual difference between that steering wheel and the stock one. And unless the photo is not accurate, it looks like the "M" steering wheel doesn't even have ///M stitching... what a rip off!

The new X M looks Titz, imo!
If my ol' '01 wasn't running so well, and I had a spare $65Gs+, (and my '01 as a trade-in), I would get in line. Thanks for the good stuff, as usual LM! GL, mD
