If the M Sport Pack is exactly (including exhaust tips) the same between the 35i and 50i I am now having a hard time deciding if I like a white 35i with M Sport Pack or Jet Black 50i with the 336 wheels (can't justify the extra $$$ of a 50i with M Sport).

It seems to me that 3.5i, even with the Sport Activity, is priced cheaper (roughly $4500 less) than outgoing 4.8 when you add up all "absolutely necessary" options... And it gets the same 0-60 as 4.8, with better fuel economy and smaller engine. Looks like I know what I will be doing this December... (waiting for the build )

ZCV Convenience Package
ZCW Cold Weather Package

I can then throw on:

677 Premium hi-fi system for $1200
655 Satellite radio with 1 year subscription $350
300 Space-saver spare $150
496 Heated rear seats $350

And I am at $54,525?

I could take the hit on gas at that price (minus a nice discount). Pretty solid new pricing!

Please tell me I am wrong -- must not email dealer -- help!

Sorry to be the one to tell you, but you're wrong. By opting for the Premium, you can then order ZAV, ZCV (which you can on the base model, but with slightly less content), ZCW, and ZTP. I don't have the pricing sheet in front of me, but I'm guessing that your MSRP would be around $59K if you added all of the above to the Premium model.

Thank you. I read the press release incorrectly. Now I feel much better about the deal I got on my 2010 35d.

LeMans, for those ordering the 3.5i Premium, does it come with the regular "non-sport" steering wheel? If so, any way to upgrade to the Sports wheel without having to order 3.5i Sport Activity?

^ looks like the camera to me. Top View perhaps? On current models the parking sensor button automatically activates the rear-camera.
