Today I wanted to look why the ambient door light didn’t light up, and have a Peek at the door seal, because I found a little bit of water under the rear door.

So I did both rear Doors today.

While I had some reckhorn alubutyl, I put it on the innerside of the door. Now the door sounds more solid.

Also I found out that the door panels are a bit squikie, I will buy some tape with fabrik on and see if that will help a bit.

Maybe alternate caption of how did you *abuse* your E70 today?

Didn't occur to me until half way to home Depot that those rolls of shingle were 98# each and that would definitely add up!

Inside is still full from my latest Pennsylvania trip.

So I had to use the rack. Def drove home slowly.

Since I have aftermarket hitch that come out under the bumper the rack will rub going in/out of any steep driveway but since it's a folding style it will lift as needed so it doesn't try to lift the car.

Nah 4 mile drive. Every e70 has gone though worse hitting a pot hole. But definitely harsh. I miss my air suspension on e53 where I've out just as much on the back and car rides level.

One of each and well within the capacity of the factory hitch. It's prob about 400# total. It was fun to solve and way easier than any other option.

Wow and about exactly what I'm expecting when I do mine soon. I'm about 170,000 but miles 273k km.

I have signs of a dying starter so I'll get the blasting kit when I get the starter since the intake must come off to get to the starter anyhow.

That’s a smart choice.

If you do the blast youself, a tip bevor you start blasting, blow some brake cleaner in the hole, so you now for sure that the valves are realy closed.
