Sent this in email form last night but haven't gotten a response. In case you missed it:

I was installing the Dice Sliverline Duo in my wife's X5 today and upon completely hooking everything up I notice the yellow wire on the Vehicle Bus Connector which plugs into the DUO module somehow sheared. I gently disconnected it from the module whereupon two wires (sockets included) pulled out of the connector. Another wire sheered off the socket as well. I've included a picture of the connector for reference. Basically I'm going to crimp all new sockets on these wires and need to know which wires go where into the connector. If you have that info, I would greatly appreciate it if you could pass it along.

Hi,just started to install my DICE silverline in my 04 X5 4.8is with Nav and DSP. However my CD Changer already has both 3 & 6 pin plugs attached and no coax lead between CDC & Amp. The DSP is still fully functional though ?! I have since connected the DICE to the 3 & 6 pins and the system works fine. The only problem i have found is that i cannot get the Text feature to work at all,i have tried resetting the ipod disconnecting the battery etc etc.
Anybody got any ideas ?

Cheers
Neil

Tom, I have I think an original Dice module but with the USB based charging end on it. It worked fine until the fuse blew recently, I replaced the fuse. Audio and related functionality are fine but no longer charges my iPhone 4. Any ideas?

I would recommend contacting DICE to speak directly with a technician on your issue.

DICE can be contacted at 888.342.3999 or by email at DICE Electronics LLC - DRIVE | LIVE | ACCESSORIZE -Support.

A properly installed kit should not have any distortion or static present.

Tom, hi!
I have a 4.8is 2006 without navigation and telephone. My car has only OEM television, DSP and cd changer.

3 questions:

1 - I have a Iphone4 and want to connect it to my System to heard some music.
2 - Have you another kit to use my iPhone with telephone too?
3 - I want to see Dvd's in my OEM system, is that possible?

What do I need? How much shipped to Brazil? 80620-150 zip

Sorry all this questions, thanks!

Chris, Brazil

Chris,

The MediaBridge with Bluetooth option would be what you need, with the exception of video on your NAV screen.

Here's the kit you need:
eas - 714.369.8524 | DICE - MediaBridge iPod/iPhone Multimedia Hub for e53 X5 (Trunk Interface)

Available shipping options will be provided as soon as your shipping info is entered.
