That no less is no longer under warranty should he screw it up (which seems pretty likely btw)!

THat is EXACTLY what I have been trying to do, to update my 4/1-30 system but I have been to 3 dealers so far in the UK and all tell me that:

1. The V32 disc cost 220 pound (about 300 dollars)
and
2. It is on hold from BMW and they couldn't get it even if I wanted to spend that much money.

I have used the part number listed here, and all 3 dealers said the same thing.

A couple of guys on here are trying to help, but it does not seem an easy disc to get hold of, at least in UK...

go to getBMWparts.com. They might ship to the UK.

If they don't ship internationally, I'll ship it out for you...

Thanks to everyone for offers of their disc, or download site.

My issue is that the DVD player will not read copied discs - probably the laser being a bit shaky. So I need an official BMW disc.

As mentioned, I've tried 3 dealers in UK who first quote hundreds of punds, then say that anyway it is on hold by BMNW and not available.

One forum member is trying to use some contacts to source me a disc...

IF you think its a shaky laser, change it. You can DIY and parts are cheap.

2nd Generation MINI?

I have a 08 MINI Cooper Clubman with NAV. I read that this update doesn't work with the newer BMW NAV systems, but wasn't sure if the MINI system is the newer system as well. Could someone provide some guidance?

Thanks.
