i can download teamviewer just need to dig out my laptop and charge it up.....i have it as a stand alone system with just inpa on it, no data etc.

Are you able to give me instructions or do you have to do it remotely?

Just made up my connector lead all working perfect, however i cant get the oem disk to read.....once i have it in the satnav unit is says "insert appropriate disc" or words to that effect.

I used imgburn on the lowest rated burn speed (x8) on good quality Verbatim CD-R discs

you must have done something wrong mate, as that normally means it's not an OS disc...

i downloaded your link to OEM_Nav_v32_M2-F1. extracted the zip file to my desktop and burned with image burn.

its a mk4 dvd nav btw....dunno if that makes any difference?

Hmm, should have worked then mate.

You did open(explode) the image with imgbrun not just burn the 3 files to the blank??

No, a mode2/form1 will work in either the mk3 or mk4, a mode1 will only work in a mk4.

Only 1 file there which is an iso file. Opened imgburn and selected write image, haven't changed any settings at all, and I burn to the lowest rated speed. Getting frustrated now lol spent most of the day trying and only 3 disks left

Well that was rapid delivery!....disc came today so thanks for sending it out soo fast, however, still get the same message as when i have burned it which is:

"incorrect cd/dvd in navigation computer please insert appropriate cd/dvd"

im stumped
