Let me try the process again and see if it fixes the problem. Chances are I've done something wrong!

Thank you for posting this and for your quick responses!

I will let you know what happens.

You may need to run an OEM version through first (so it clears the custom version number).

Update: It worked seamlessly. I did have to run the OEM version through first.

I usually use the Color Set 2, so it's a nice "change of scenery" to have the blue. I will keep it that way for now, but if I want to change it back to Color 2, I need to download OEM_day_night_OEM_blue.zip. Is that correct? I've been reading through all the posts so I don't have to keep asking you, but I wanted to make sure I was on the right track.

Thanks again, mate!

massivly confused after reading lots of different threads. I have V32 installed, and cameras enabled which is fine running on the map disc with cameras on

All fine....however im trying to find out how to change my language options as i want to turn camera alerts off as i dont need this locally where i know where the cameras are but when i turn them off it turns the language German.

GB is obviously first language, but how do i set USA as second language?

Its late and my head hurts

Ok cool, did you load the v32 from the start of this thread? (with cameras on/off as an option)?

So cameras off (from the menu) switched the language to GER?

You need to recode your mk4, use (the excellent) navcoder and an i-bus interface (or odbII interface), this will allow re-coding to GB, USA and any other language, you will also need a OS disc so that the recode and reload the new language setup.
