Fuel pump was replaced 25Kmi ago by prior owner. Filter and regulator replaced shortly after. Could be defective... I don't have a fuel pressure gauge but the o-ring sounds like an easy fix.

Thx for all the other tips, y'all!

Tried cutting with a Dremel... all it did was smell bad. Ended up buying an entire used one off ebay for $80.

Will follow up on the DLA motor thing. I looked at your video a few months ago and couldn't really figure out how to get the thing apart without destroying it. I'll look again.

Thanks for the other info!

Look for the icloud slide show. You have to cut the plastic shield and there's one single use axle nut that needs to be destructively removed and tatted m replaced

Slapped on a set of Bilstein B6’s on all for corners, with my H&R sport springs. :strut:

You may need new bearings as well, and there might possibly be a couple other parts needed to do the refresh properly.

Found it. Jiminy...

You think I could remove one of the motors from the junkyard DLA and see about replacing the whole thing vs replacing the brushes from a new donor? Or is the brass-looking worm screw pressed on the motor shaft?

You could swap motors they are all the same but you'd have to pull the brushes to know if worth it.

4 Pack - 20mm Round Shaft Central Door Lock Actuator Motor FC-280PC-22125, Spindle, Power Locking Repair Engine https://a.co/d/0uedFBd

This is the 4 pack I bought. The price actually went down. $5@.

I think the shaft is actually longer than 20 mm but people have swapped the gear over. I decided it was easier to just swap the brushes and by cutting a window in the motor case to hold the brushes over the commutator made it 3/10 difficulty.
