Yeah it's the axle back sections after the resonator. Sounds Throatier at idle, deeper, and low rpms as well. At higher rpms just a little deeper than stock.
Perfect sound and just what I was looking for, better flow from the larger diameter pipes and a deeper sound to the M54. It's def not loud like Eisenmann, but I wanted civilized in the cabin and an OEM+ look Extremely happy with it and yes I now wonder who's ass is better, my wife's or my X5 |
Looks good RB.

Installed new stoptech slotted rotors, new carbotech brake pads, new sensors and did a brake flush with OE brake fluid.
As expected, the pedal feel is horrible. I gotta bed in the new brakes tonight...ill follow zeckhausen's recommendations on this...now hopefully there will be no cops on the freeway tonight at 11:00- 12:00AM cuz im about to put these rotors on fire:explode: |

http://gifrific.com/wp-content/uploa...Saying-Yum.gif Four.8is, Good luck out there. I have seen an increase in speed traps today. One almost got me on 18. I am interested to hear how those pads work after break in. |
Josh, not worried about the speed, will take 522 East and keep it at 60 down to 10-20mph 8-10 times...its a pretty good stretch of road til you hit the light in Monroe..hazard lights on and braking on the shoulder should be pretty safe...unless I change my mind and do all this in Costco's parking lot:cool:

Good stuff rb
