can you give a synopsis for those of us just now joining in on this?? maybe on first page and this post?? I tried but my ADHD just wont let me scroll through this whole thread.

I will say this last post by you with (what I assume is the dealer breakout box readout) is that you've got short circuits to the o2 sensors.

that tells me a couple things...regardless of all other issues.

you either have a harness issue (whether a degraded wire, bad ground connection, or wire that wrapped around the driveshaft...or object from road cut through at highway speed...)

or you have a bad ecu or connection to the ecu. yes, they can go bad and yes, terminal connections can corrode.

I'd start by finding the wiring diagram for your specific year/model and going from the connector to the suspect o2 sensor TO the ecu...unplug the ecu and probe the terminal connector and check the resistance...or if there is a break in the wire itself.

weird weird things can happen with electrical at the slightest whim or, just due to age.

I've got several foxbody mustangs and we have been plagued by ecu's that like to crap capacitors in old age and give ALL KINDS OF HEADACHES until you just plain open up the ecu and see the corrosion at the two caps that break down from age...

just to feed your paranoia/tinfoil hat/hair tear-out syndrome....lol...

I was not discounting the voltage reading or your observation, I was complimenting your attention to detail. I was simply asking if the voltage reading could be tied to the registered RPMs.

When Revving, the pressure goes down to 30-40psi.

So are you still getting low fuel pressure at the fuel rail? Just saying that the new fuel pump didn't fix the problem doesn't help us determine what is the problem.

45/A2 - Fuel pump relay, short circuit to negative or open circuit

This could account for the reason why the fuel pump is not working.

The fuel pressure is at 50ish psi when the vehicle is on. When off, it slowly starts going down. It slowly starts going up when turned on.

Considering your solution was always the fuel pump, I'm desperate to know what else it could be now.

could there be an issue with the fuel level sender, or the pump from one side of the tank to the other?

Hard to tell what's going on in the video. When the engine died at 1:00 what was the fuel pressure in the rail? The video didn't show the reading on the gauge.

It look like you have correct fuel pressure at 52 psi and the engine starts right up.
