Any idea where to get the backlight inverter, price, and or how to replace it? Very familiar with soldering etc...

Damn it

Think i ordered the wrong part from Eurotech. Mine is LQO65T9BR51 - 2502447D which stated here belong to the old E39 or something like that.

Hooked it all up, nice colour, sounds and everything else except for the Text nor the Display *(^#)@^)$*^)#&*^$@&!

Amazingly it's the way I clip the video cable, one tiny thing!

Question damaged satnav screen

I Sourced out of Hong Kong. I was unable to source it within the USA. Took me an hour to replace it, start to finish. But it could be done faster. I was taking pictures with my cell phone of the steps. Minimal tools necessary, but no ham fisted mechanics need apply. These components are delicate, and cleanliness is a must Total cost was $138.00 for the screen and $26.00 for DHL delivery. Payment was done by Paypal. It took one week from payment to delivery to my hands.

If there is any interest, I could put together a DIY. To date, this seems to be the least expensive way to update the monitor screen. I am amazed at what I was putting up with.
i would be grateful for your package as i cannot find a repair in uk.

Anyone talked to this company lately?

I have yet to hear from anyone from there from a 5 day old email inquiry.

E55,

Can you kindly tell me which contact/email info you have beause I've sent my inquiry to two different email addresses they have on their website and still nothing.

MANGO

BTW, did you have to correspond with anyone or was it just a straight purchase from their website?

I had to send an email to them. I just replied to the email invoice they sent me which came from: [email protected] and heard back within 1 day. Delivery was 7 days from the day I paid.
