Mike how are those thrust arms doing? You posted pics of the wishbone front control arm, if those are good that's good but your thrust arms may need to be replaced.

Other than that, I'd say the wobble is due to improper bedded in brakes from the last set you had, and uneven pad material transfer on the rotors, when you get your new ones put on, follow this break-in procedure to a T! (you need a lot of open road for this!)

Plasti-dip the front grill, i think it looks much better than the chrome oem look ehich was starting to show its age and peeling.

IMO, the only real way to rid those pesky holes left over from the roof rail delete.....

Looks great!!

Thanks guys!

Haven't had much time to get on here lately ...so Forgive me as I see now I have plenty of reading catch up on around here!

Oh yeah....took a gamble on these (should ship out tomorrow):

For those that are wondering....yes, they are in fact OEM BMW LED X6 Foglights.

I'm well aware they aren't going to be a direct swap (this is an experimental undertaking); and, In all probability will require me to muster up one of the two braincells I have remaining to sort out a mounting solution. The beam pattern looks pretty good, and the instant on/off in comparison to the HID projector units I currently have outfitted should be a HUGE improvement!

Wow S, really looking forward to seeing those in your fogs! Are you disassembling the projector units to retrofit the internals, or are you going to try to mount them as a whole assembly?

Lol @ that pic!

In an ideal world, my plan is to simply draw up an adapter plate on CAD and mill it out in order to mount the complete X6 assemblies to the factory mounting spots. I really want to refrain from pulling the led units apart. Fortunately, I have access to a scrapped x5 bumper I can work with for figuring out mounting. Right now I'm just waiting to get them....stay tuned!
