okay people I did the software update from the Dynavin's website...the unit works flawlessly !I made sure I took it on a 30 min drive around and play with every single button, turn on/off, restart, try out the navi and bluetooth as well as phone calls and other stuff as well before coming and posting that it works then have to take my words back..
Looks like it was something as simple as software update.. OBC now shows coolant temp and ambient temp. NAVI takes a while to find the signal and thats probably because I attached the antenna to the metal frame inside the dash...I have no idea to put it to get better signal..I don't want it to be an eyesore.. Same goes for the bluetooth MIC I mounted it right behind the steering wheel and people complain they cant hear me...tried to get closer to it but im told there is no sound...maybe ill have to move it somewhere in the headliner? pictures below: ![]() ![]() ![]()

Placing GPS antenna on top or under the dash gets the same reception when I tested the signal strength. You can speed up the GPS signal finding process by putting in static COM port number and COM speed number for GPS antenna instead of auto-detect in iGO Primo system file. My GPS signals are found as soon as iGO Primo loads.
