It shouldn't - how long if the vehicle switched off when this happens?

Any thoughts about this issue Tom.?

Also, and i have tried to get an answer about this via email without any luck..
'
I received a dice module from you with a bad connection. Because of this, the sound is from time to time missing from the left side, and there is also some distortion.

I bought a new module from you, with the agreement that ill be refunded if you find the old one to be out of order.

I have received the new module, and it is working without any of theese issues.

However, i choose your product because i read good things about it, also i found the price to be right.

When i received the new module, i had to pay an extra 40us in customs. When i return the module today, i expect to pay another 40-50us in postage with insurance, which i was told to have in the return email..

Will you refund any of theese extra costs too me.?

This is much of a prinicipal matters, as i do not see any reason for me to pay 80-90 us extra for a product that do not work as it should.

Annoying Text Drop

I installed dice silverline in X5 4.6is with Nav but no DSP. I struggled the first few times to get the dice to integrate with my iphone. I've since done this successfully & the dice seems to work ok. The annoying thing is when the ignition is turned off the dice needs reprogramming (Disc 6 Track 6) to display the text again. Even more annoying on short journeys.
I also have some sort of interferance which seems to be being picked up from the nav disc its like an electronic screech when the music is not being played or when I'm transferring to make a call it comes through the speakers til the call is made. Incidentally I installed bluetooth after the dice. I would rip it out after sheer frustration but I invested in a spec.dock from the US & spent a good deal of time & money.
Would appreciate any help.
Thanks
Jonny

Hey there,

I also encounter the screech, but only when switching from tape to CD. No problem with text.

I do have a different problem though. Over the past few days the DICE cable has been unable to charge my iPhone 3G. It did charge in the past. The music and control elements still work, but no charge.

I disconnected the DICE for a few minutes, and that got it to charge once. It stopped working again after shutting off the car.

I don't know if it matters, but I consistently get the "Not a supported accessory" error when connecting the unit. Always have.

Just messed around with the dip settings this morning & nothing really happened. Apparantly change these & it may not work at all. This wasn't the case still worked just the same. I have disconnected to reset for 30 mins if this fails I going to throw the dice !!

My wife reported that one day her iphone didn't charge but I haven't had this problem yet.

I don't think the " not a supported accessory" message is a problem as we've always recieved this message on both of our phones.
