Yes, I have had a couple of good employee price plans with Sprint. When the iPhone first dropped on AT&T I went in to compare plans and the guy there said there was no way they could even come close to what I was getting with Sprint. The guy at Verizon last night even said they couldn't compete with it.
My coverage was good with Sprint; not perfect but way better than AT&T. I gave in for the iPhone and as I stated, Sprint is really dropping the ball on handsets. They were on the cutting edge for a while with a great selection of smart phones but haven't stepped up. Plus, if I wanted to upgrade to something like the Evo from my older Android handset Sprint was going to add that $10 surcharge for 4G even though there is zero 4G in my area.
So far, we're loving our iPhones. I was talking to SuperGreg a few minutes ago and I told him that while I have always had issues with my HTC handsets (all 6 of them), I have never heard anyone complain about iPhones, whether the original or the 4. Apple is pretty tough to beat.
