I don't want one on Verizon. It wouldn't work at my house.

And there are many who have an iphone where AT&T doesn't work at their houses, or anywhere else for that matter :)

Anywhere else ? I've been to quite a few cities in this great country. Ever carrier has dead spots. But I have yet to be in a city where my IPhone didn't work. But hey, now the phone is available on both networks so maybe archaic technology like Blackberry will finally go out of business.

So why make such a strong point in your earlier post implying that because vzw doesn't work by you that it sucks for everyone and is horrible? Just as you did above regarding bberry? I think we have a case here of "if you don't have what I have, yours sucks" mentality.

Maybe Seth is right, maybe some Tylenol, Vitamin water and a nap would be a good idea for you :)

I find it comical that all you people will be lining up in a frenzy over old news. What's next ? Are you going to announce that you're buying a Blu Ray player, or an HD TV ?? Hilarious.

AT&T consistently ranks in the bottom of most major surveys for call quality, service, etc. Verizon, on the other hand, is always near or at the top. Check out any of the JD Power surveys I have posted in other threads or you can look it up yourself. The availability of the Verizon network is a huge upgrade for the iphone. If you are lucky enough to get good AT&T service where you live and primarily use your phone, more power to you, but there are many, many AT&T subscribers who are not in the same boat.

No, you don't have that iphone. VZ iPhone 4 is different with newer antenna and it does not drop calls when you don't hold "the Steve Jobs way".

Antennas are slightly different, to avoid "grip of death"
Silent button is moved a bit

"Internet tethering" vs. "personal hotspot"
While both phones can be used — at extra service cost — to provide Internet access to your computer, only Verizon's is offering a personal hotspot, enabling not one computer but up to five devices to access the phone's Internet connection, via Wi-Fi.
