AVB-AMG:
You can’t begin to know what I went through regarding racism, throughout the 80’ and 90’s. FWIW: Your opinion on our Vice President elect, only holds merit with you. I don’t have opinions. Only facts!

He's just here to make noise and make sure he's at the center of attention. He's not really interested in understanding other people's point of view. His only concern is making sure we address him and stroke his fragile ego.
I don't know how talking about the sedition and the pivotal role trump played in last week's tragic riot (5 dead) makes him feel he's somehow wronged. You were never part of the conversation dude. Seriously, our only interest here is talking about the issues, not getting into a pissing match with one another. If all you have is a repeat of the conspiracy that you believe in, I don't think anyone is going to take you seriously.

Neither are you, interested in others point of view. Ego, Maruzo, how much time do you spend in the mirror? Get the EF out of here. I have not been wronged personally in anyway. I’ve always been a part of the conversation, for nearly 9 years now. I have a Supercharged, Methanol Injected, Manual, E53. I am very much a part of xoutpost. Yeah you want to talk issues, and as soon as somebody disagrees with you, their automatically a conspiracy theorist. It makes you appear weak in argument. The repeated post is fact. It’s in your head, that everything is a conspiracy.

Real classy with the profanities. Do you not have a more intelligent comeback? Like Trump, you throw stuff right back to others. You do know that doesn't qualify the bullshit you're pandering here right? You sure remind me of the school yard bully who sees through a very narrow lens and never bothered to understand the world is made up of different people, not just your kind.

There's the fucking trap.
I am sure you find comfort in being surrounded by people of like minds? Whoever that maybe. Not that I'm interested in finding out. Not of my business. Again, we're just here for the issues. The latest has been the murderous riot that happened last week. You seem to have no comment on it other than: "violence is bad" and here's what Kamala Harris did back in June of 2020, therefore??? Are you trying to qualify what Trump did by mentioning that the Democrats are just as bad? You seriously think any one of us is going to believe that? Because you've been pandering the bullshit for the last couple of pages on this thread. One of the reason I don't want to engage you in discussion is you're never about the issues. It's always deflection, finger pointing, blame shifting, and more of the same. Again, no reason to take you seriously. All bullshit if you don't have an opinion about last week's riot other than a generic "violence is bad" And now we're knee deep in bullshit and you still have not condemned Trump for his failures last week as our country's leader. You have not acknowledged what he did was more than wrong, that it was sedition and his criminal behavior is nothing short of treason against this republic. Senators and vice president could have been killed off if the mobs found them, do you not have an opinion on that as well? Instead we have to hear you whine about how we're the ones with the problems? Wake up dude.

Man charged over killing of retired St Louis police captain during riots
![]() June 8, 2020 — 5.06pm St Louis: A 24-year-old St Louis, Missouri, man has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of a retired police captain who died on a night of violent protests while trying to protect his friend's pawn shop, the city's prosecutor announced. Stephan Cannon was being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge in the death of David Dorn, 77, who was killed on Tuesday on the sidewalk outside Lee's Pawn and Jewelry. Dorn's last moments were caught on video and apparently posted on Facebook Live, though the video has since been taken down. Dorn's death came on a violent night in St Louis, where four officers were shot, officers were pelted with rocks and fireworks, and 55 businesses were looted or damaged, including a convenience store that burnt.

Back on the riot. Here's an excerpt of the BBC zoom interview with professor Michael Gerhardt of University of North Carolina.
"Professor Gerhart testified in both impeachment proceedings against Clinton in 1998 and Trump in 2020." BBC correspondent asked him what he would say if he is asked to testify this time: "Well I would say that the house is perfectly positioned and has great legitimacy in proceeding with consideration of impeaching President Trump second time. I think there’s no doubt whatsoever that the misconduct the president has exhibited this week qualifies as impeachable, and therefore the only real question is gonna be whether or not the house has the will to move forward to impeach the president for trying to undermine the legitimacy of the presidential election and inciting or encouraging the behavior that damage the Congress and also left 5 people dead. What do you think the president’s defense ? I think the president’s defense would be first, I can hear it now, It’s just another witch hunt, and that he isn’t responsible for all the things his followers did, and in fact, he hasn’t done anything wrong, and there’s just a few days left, therefore it’s a waste of time.” Does impeachment work as it’s meant to? No I don’t think it’s worked as it’s meant to. I think that’s the lesson we’re learning in these last few decades. I think that political party has gained stronger attachment over people. And that’s clouded their ability to think in terms of what’s the best thing to do here for the sake of the Constitution. Impeachment typically takes a while to get moving. I don’t think it’s going to take a while this time though. I think Speaker Pelosi clearly is signaling she’s going to move fast, and she clearly has this capability. But the real question becomes, what’s the Senate able to do. Mitch MConnel has said right now, that he’ll do nothing, Senate won’t come back in session until the new president is inaugurated. This will be left to the new majority leader Chuck Schumer to figure out how to do the trial, and how to hold the president, who is no longer in the office, accountable for his behavior. Nancy Pelosi talked about the section 3 of the 14th admendment, which allows the Congress to vote to expel officials engaged in insurrectional rebellion against the us. Is that appropriate? I think that’s another option that’s on the table here, I think it is appropriate. Keep in mind that we have senators who were encouraging these bad behavior, and were showing solidarity with it. And also the same senators were on the floor of the senate doing the president’s dirty work, and trying to undermine the integrity of the last presidential election. Every state in the union has certified the result of the election. Congress has certified the results of the election, there’s no fraud here. There’s nothing illegitimate, there’s just a president in the office who is a bad loser. And that is not reason enough to overthrow the republic, storm the Congress, and kill people. Is the 25th amendment which allows the vice president and the majority of the cabinet to remove the president temporarily, designed for a case like this? I don’t think it is designed for a case like this. It’s designed to deal with a president who has substantial physical, or mental disability that precludes him from being president. The problem right now in united states, is that Donald Trump just doesn’t want to do the duty of being the president. He wants all the glory, all the power, but he’s not doing anything as president right now. He’s abdicating his authority for example, not calling the national guard up in time to protect the capital. So it’s because of that intransigence on the part of the president that the only option our constitution allows us right now, is impeachment, conviction, removal, and ultimately disqualification from ever serving federal office again.” Professional, insightful, and clearly laid out. I think I'm going to place more stock on what he has to say versus someone like Happy.
