I'm estimating 220k miles at of today.

Engine is purring but the transmission is losing reverse and I baby the transmission. I wait for the car to stop before shifting from and to forward and reverse gears and coast in traffic to minimize heat in the transmission.

- valve cover gasket
- CCV
- FSR
- 2-door locks
- 1 window regulator
- all fluid flushed (at least twice, coolant more times)

Hope it'll last until at least 150-kmiles

I assume yours is the 4.4 model? If so, that's nice to see 200k+ on original engine and tranny.
