I have it all on my computer at home...
the ipod is full...lots of time to transfer it back..would preer to not have to wipe it, but whatever it takes?

Was Just in LA last week...
It will be a couple of months before i am back again. I am not sure how to proceed here. I was very excited about this product and happy to be able to support a board sponsor.
Your customer service has been stellar, but I am not sure how far I am willing to go with this. I am a patient and understanding consumer, but I am not ready to make a special trip North for this. I suppose it is completely possible that I have received a second bad unit. The replacement fixed my first problem right away, but unfortunately has replaced it with another problem. I was actually glad to hear that someone else was experiencing the same thing. By the way, the car is a 2005 4.8is and this is the only modification to the vihicle whatsoever. They did put a new TCU in last week at the dealer under a Technical Service Bulletin, but I do not believe that would influence this. Tom, I am open to suggestions, but would like to get this resolved ASAP. Perhaps we should get DICE to replace the whole kit, I will reinstall everything from the ground up, and we can cross our fingers... Thoughts? Tom |
