I will need you to check the actual module as we started shipping the PRO models a bit early.

Let me know when you get a chance.

Tom, sent you a message with pics of the unit.

I am having a similar issue. I have 2006 X5 4.4 with analog DSP. Second car I have installed Dice into.

I have tried two Dice Silverlines, one from EAS and one RMA'd from Dice, neither will provide sound. I have all the controls and info displayed on the dash. I can select TRK 1-6 and get info such software version, albums, playlist, etc. all controls on steering work, everythings ok, just no sound.

I also have XM Direct with blitzsafe adapter, but I have taken this out of the loop and still no sound. At a loss, looking to return everything.

If 2 modules will not provide audio, I would doubt its the module anymore. Are we 100% sure this is analog DSP?

I have tried it with and without DSP module and same result.

Have you checked the power connection on the DSP unit? I had the exact same problem with my E38 installation. It turned out I didn't have a good tap on the power and ground wires for the DSP.

^ I agree. It's very unlikely you received 2 modules that do not work.
