Also at any point you run into something that stumps you just shoot a pic of the wiring in question and I can point you to what to do with it.

I think I have pics in the howto of anything you have to connect.

Just finished another all night-er working on customers site I host and just work up so still a bit slow. But I thought all the wiring was covered.

Just make sure you run that single wire to go along with the cable they provide.
This single wire, came with the Seicane, or do I have to purchase that on my own and wire it up with the provided cables from Seicane?

Thanks!

The single wire does NOT come with the radio. You will need to provide it.

Yep you have to provide it.

I wish I had of checked the harness better when I was doing the install there may of been a wire in it I could of used but I didn't since I didn't know I was even going to need to run a wire then.

The next one I do I will go over the harness and see.

Alright, so what kind of wire, size, and connection am I looking for?

Also, is it something I can find at a local hardware store? Since there aren't anymore Radio Shacks around

And is there a possibility of having that wire in the extra harnesses that I may be able to use?

Any flexible multi strand wire will do it will have less than an amp going thru it.

Its is possible there could be an extra wire in the harness that could be used for this. I just didn't test it at the time.

I would just add the wire since its easy to run it while running the harness anyway. Also you can use this wire to power a reverse camera later which is what I did. Even that is less than an amp normally with 1 amp max. So even speaker wire would work which walmart would have.

With not having the nav it should be plug and play if you hadn't modified it. DSP might change the wiring some.

You shouldn't need a harness going to the back unless you have nav. At least on my e46 it was that way. I had nav on my x5 so I don't have any way of knowing the layout on yours.

I would try plugging the radio into the factory dash harness and see what happens first.
