Interesting things I saw in the X5 M options that may also be changed for the "regular" cars:
  • Soft close automatic doors as an option
  • Rear view camera w/ Top View like the 7 Series
  • The new Driver Assistance Package

I have soft close doors on my car that was built in 2007....or are these something extra ?

:thumbup:True. Point is they keep changing the front layout. They changed the initial bumper design and now the fog light placement. Still not sure what the final look will be on facelift X5. BMW has become very unpredictable in the last 12 months. I cannot say for sure what will be coming out and when with certainity as was the case in past.

Is not an option for X5 for the US (2007-2009) Though the US X6 had that as an option.

I think your wish might come true.I have seen facelift test mules for the X5 within the last two wks with Xdrive50i badging affixed to the car.The mules also have a newly designed exhaust finisher....somewhat quad shaped.It all points to the TTV8 for the facelift X5.More to follow.Thanks.PalBay
