Bill Clinton when caught by the press telling a revised story said "He was being tried by Lexus Nexus". Yep hard to run from past Vids statements and TV arm waving.... See Bill DeBlasso attempt to run from his statements on the talking heads shows. Gee when the liberal media eats you for lunch, you have to have a problem. https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/med...ce/ar-BB12axMu

"The fact is, Mayor de Blasio has been behind the science for weeks now, even going to his YMCA to work out when officials were calling on everyone to being social distancing. And in the early days of the virus reaching the U.S., de Blasio consistently downplayed the severity and claimed the virus was “contained.”

On February 26, the Washington Post pointed out, de Blasio was bragging about New York City hospital capacity, saying, “We’ve got a long time to ramp up if we ever had anything like that [kind of crisis]. So, the capacity we have right now is outstanding given the challenge we’re facing right now.”

But now, the city’s hospitals are overflowing with COVID-19 patients and doctors and healthcare providers have resorted to rationing personal protective equipment such as masks.

The mayor also claimed at a March 8 press conference that the virus dies within “minutes” once it is on a surface, which also contradicted the scientific findings at the time that the virus lives on surfaces for hours, even days: “Certainly, on most surfaces like metal, plastic — you know, a desk, a kitchen counter, a subway pole, it’s only a matter of minutes before the disease dies, the virus dies in the open air.”

But when confronted with his prior statements on CNN, de Blasio said, “We should not be focusing, in my view, on anything looking back on any level of government right now.”

If my math is correct, the "world O Meter" show 5.5% current death rate worldwide. That is a large gap from the 20-30% predicted rates.

Can't wait until Communist China's results are in minus the current fake new numbers. Kind like to see Iran's and North Korea's numbers too after the over throw.

You know that the Wash Compost has been running these stories for the past three years right? The front page has 3-6 "I hate Trump because..." stories daily. Lost all credibility long before Bezos purchased it for $250 mil to keep it afloat. If they said the sky is blue today, I would ask for a second source like looking out the window before belief.

Update: I was wrong, there are more than 7 today!

^Article is behind a paywall. Can't read it, but the headline (and being WAPo) sound like it may be pretty biased. Just a guess.

Also saw that airborne particle test video yesterday. Interesting for sure but hopefully not news to anyone. Someone from GA might want to forward it to Gov. Kemp. though.

Tried to read it too and got a block message to subscribe. No thanks, I can't believe someone actually pays to read that garbage.

Fake news is a by product of today's media structures. It's so easy to spread information in today's information super highway, people realize they can influence others very quickly with relative little efforts.

A Journalist's integrity is hard to come by nowadays. Where can you get information you can trust?

I listen to NPR. I don't watch any of the cable news. I get my information from the CDC and state government websites. WHO also has some good information, but they update rather slowly and don't provide enough valuable strategies early on.

Fox news is one of the cable news I avoid like the plaque. But then none of the big 3 network is that much better either.

There are no more trustworthy anchors like days past who can calm an entire population while providing accurate information to them.

Instead we have these influencers who mesmerize pockets of the population, each having his/her own agenda and touting a different narrative of the events that are happening in the world.

Such environment builds mistrust in the public forums where people used to get their information from.

Who can you trust anymore?

I use Google Chrome and went to Washington Post website. I just clicked where it says to browse without subscribing.

It's a free read without having to provide any personal information.
